REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

RANK OUTCOMES ARE NOT A DEFECT

Rank is the product. A completed advertising purchase is normally non-refundable merely because you were outranked, the season ended, or the campaign received fewer visits than hoped. Being passed by a larger verified pot is the disclosed mechanic.

WHEN WE DO REFUND

• A duplicate or unauthorised charge is confirmed.
• Our platform fails to begin the approved placement after verified settlement through our fault.
• The payment provider approves a refund under its merchant-of-record terms.
• Applicable law requires a refund or cancellation remedy.

Refund requests go to the support email below. Approved refunds reverse the associated rank value publicly in the activity log — your rank recalculates immediately, exactly like a chargeback.

CHARGEBACKS

We may provide the payment provider with timestamps, placement records and settlement evidence. A provider-confirmed full reversal subtracts the same gross amount from the campaign pot. Partial or mismatched reversal notices are quarantined for manual review and never silently alter rank. Fraudulent use may result in suspension or a ban.

CURRENCY

All amounts are in USD. Entry $1 minimum, boosts $1 minimum, unlimited boosts per campaign per season.
