TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective 2 September 2026. These terms govern your use of Creator Billboard, including buying paid spotlight placement.

1. THE PRODUCT

Creator Billboard sells ranked video placement ("Paid Spotlight") on a seasonal public billboard. Placement and relative size are determined solely by verified payments. We provide placement — nothing more. The service is operated by the operator listed below.

2. PAID PLACEMENT — NO FAME PROMISES

You are buying advertising placement, not results. We make no promise or implication of views, followers, reach, revenue, fame, or career outcomes. Rank is a function of spend, not merit, quality, or endorsement by us. Every placement is labeled as paid.

3. ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years old to submit a campaign.
• Only the creator themselves (or an authorized manager) may submit. Third-party and fan uploads are prohibited.
• Impersonation of any person is grounds for immediate removal and ban.

4. ENTRY, BOOSTS, AND RANK

• Entry and later boosts may be any whole-dollar amount from $1. There is no wallet or stored credit.
• Rank = cumulative verified spend within the current season, ordered highest first; ties broken by earlier total-reach time.
• Spend counts toward rank only after payment verification. Reversed payments reverse rank value publicly.
• Seasons run weekly (Monday 00:00 UTC boundaries). At season end the Top 5 are archived into the Hall of Fame and pots reset. Archived rank does not carry over.

5. CONTENT AND CONDUCT

You must own or license every element of your video. Prohibited content includes: sexual content involving minors (we report to authorities), non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing or harassment campaigns, hate or extremism, scams or malware, full copyrighted works, non-consensual deepfakes, and illegal goods. Campaigns are reviewed before publication; we may reject or remove any campaign at our discretion, with rank value treatment per the refunds policy.

6. OUTBOUND LINKS

Each campaign carries a "Visit" link to a destination you provide. Links are reviewed with the video; changes re-enter review. We may suspend any link (kill switch) pending investigation. You are responsible for your destination page and its compliance with law.

7. PAYMENTS, IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE, AND REVERSALS

Before checkout you choose the exact whole-dollar amount and expressly request that paid placement begin as soon as the payment provider confirms settlement. The browser return page cannot create rank. Where Dodo Payments is identified at checkout as merchant of record, it processes the sale, tax, receipt, refund and dispute handling under its checkout terms; OMILY LABS LTD operates the billboard and delivers the placement. Payment fraud, a full refund, or a provider-confirmed reversal subtracts the same gross amount from the public pot and recalculates rank. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. 8. MODERATION, REPORTS, AND REMOVAL

Approval is not permanent endorsement. We may suspend a campaign or destination link while investigating safety, rights, legal, provider, or fraud concerns. Use the report and takedown form or the address below. If your breach causes removal, a refund is not automatic; mandatory rights and provider decisions still apply.

9. LIABILITY

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the total you paid us in the current season. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND CHANGES

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. We may update these terms; the current version and effective date are shown on this page. Material changes are announced on-site.
